July 2020: Soak up the Sun

Welcome, July!

Can you believe that July arrived so quickly? Summer is officially underway, and we want you to relax and enjoy this season before it’s gone. Soak up the sun and have some fun!

Visit a Local Beach: Beautiful rivers and lakes abound in Michigan. Have you spent a day on one of our southeast Michigan beaches? Here are a couple spots to visit: Belle Isle Beach, Island Lake Recreation Area, Kensington, Stony Creek, and Lake St. Clair Metroparks, & Bald Mountain Recreation Area!

Taste the Best Ice Cream: Everybody will be screaming for ice cream on July 19, #NationalIceCreamDay, when they have a scoop from one of these local favorites: Sanders Chocolate & Ice Cream Shoppes, Stroh’s Ice Cream, Browndog Creamery, Ray’s Ice Cream, Washtenaw Dairy, Guernsey Farms Dairy, Treat Dreams, & Cook’s Farm Dairy!

Have a Picnic: Did you know it’s #NationalPicnicMonth? With restaurant capacities and social distancing in place, it may be the perfect time to try a picnic! Visit a local park or beach, and make sure to follow this Picnic Guide so that you have a successful outdoor dining experience.

Make a Move: If quarantine has made you realize that it’s time to move, don’t hesitate to give me a call! Let’s talk about getting started with the home sale process. School season is right around the corner. Get the ball rolling and be prepared before the busy season hits: Call (734) 564-6579, or Click Here to Contact Me Online.

Enjoy the sunshine!
